1. COMMUNICATION & ORDERING

DOMASPORTS operates on a custom, on-demand production model.
All product inquiries, design confirmations, and order communications are strictly conducted via WhatsApp. We do not accept direct purchases or communication through our website or email. This policy ensures real-time interaction and alignment with customer preferences during the customisation process.


2. ELIGIBILITY

DOMASPORTS caters to individuals, teams, and corporations.
No minimum age requirement is enforced, however, all clients must provide clear confirmation on orders, designs, and payments via our WhatsApp channel.


3. DESIGN POLICY

  • All DOMASPORTS apparel will feature the DOMA tag, placed discreetly under the left side and inside the back collar.

  • This tag is permanent and non-replaceable with any other logo or branding.

  • Clients are entitled to a maximum of two design revisions after the first draft. Additional changes will incur a RM30 fee per adjustment.

  • If a full redesign (100% overhaul) is requested, a RM60 fee will be charged.

  • Each design draft may take up to two working days to complete.


4. ORDER LIMITATIONS

Each confirmed order is linked to one project manager or contact person only.
If multiple parties are involved in a project with separate design requirements, a separate deposit and quotation will be required for each variation.


5. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments must be made via online transfer to:

  • A 70% non-refundable deposit is required upon quotation confirmation.

  • The remaining 30% balance is due upon project completion and must be cleared before final delivery.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in delayed handover or cancellation of delivery.


6. PRODUCTION POLICY

  • The standard production period is 14–20 working days, depending on complexity and workload.

  • In case of delays due to holidays, material sourcing, or production volume, customers will be notified accordingly.

  • DOMASPORTS is not liable for external delays or courier inefficiencies once goods leave our premises.


7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on parcel weight, and deliveries are handled by J&T Express, Ninja Van, or other recommended couriers.

  • DOMASPORTS does not provide shipping insurance by default. Clients handling high-value orders are encouraged to request coverage.

  • Once shipped, DOMASPORTS is not liable for any loss, damage, or misdelivery by the courier company.


8. RETURNS & PRODUCT DEFECTS

  • All items sold are non-refundable and custom-made.

  • Customers have 7 days upon receipt to report major defects (i.e., sizing error, production fault).

  • Minor variances from mockups are expected due to printing enhancement and scaling practices.

  • Any damaged product reported must be returned unworn and unwashed within 3 working days after issue confirmation.


9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All mockups, visuals, and final artwork produced by DOMASPORTS are considered intellectual property of DOMA LAND SDN. BHD.

  • We reserve full rights to reuse, showcase, or modify these assets for promotional, portfolio, and business development purposes across digital and print platforms.


10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accepting a quotation or proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to both individual clients and corporate entities engaging DOMASPORTS’ services.
