Return & Refund Policy

At DOMASPORTS, operated by DOMA LAND SDN. BHD. (202401053961 / 1599803-H), we take great pride in producing high-quality, fully customized apparel tailored to each client's unique needs. Please review our return and refund policy below before placing any order.

1. No Refunds on Custom Products

All our products are made-to-order based on custom designs approved by the client. As such, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable once production begins.

Please ensure that all design drafts and order details are thoroughly reviewed and confirmed before payment and approval. By confirming your order, you acknowledge and accept that refunds are not applicable except under the conditions listed in section 3.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled before a deposit is made.

  • Once a 70% non-refundable deposit is received and production has been scheduled, cancellation is not permitted.

  • In the event of a cancellation before deposit, no charges will apply.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We maintain strict quality control throughout our production process. However, if your product arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g. printing error, material tear, or incorrect size due to our mistake), you may:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp at +60 11-3777 1799 within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Submit clear photographs of the defect and provide your invoice number.

Resolution Options:

  • We will either repair the item or replace it with a corrected version, depending on the nature of the defect.

  • The defective item must be returned to us unused and unwashed within 7 days from the complaint date.

  • Shipping fees for returning the defective product will be covered by us only if the claim is valid.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for issues related to:

  • Customer’s change of mind

  • Incorrect sizes ordered

  • Variation from mockup (as slight differences are normal due to fabric printing processes)

Each product is custom-made and cannot be resold or repurposed.

5. Color & Mockup Disclaimer

Actual colors and product finishes may vary slightly from the digital mockups provided during the ordering process. These differences are due to production limitations and screen display variations. This does not qualify as a defect.
